This Shipping policy is applicable only to orders placed on this website www.xotoxo.com. If you placed an order for our products on a third party website, or with a retailer, this shipping policy will not apply, and you will have to check with the Shipping policy of that particular channel. This policy applies to orders shipped within the Republic of India, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. 

Where do we ship?

At the moment, you can place an order on the website only if the order is to be shipped within India. The following policy is applicable to orders placed for delivery within India. If you’re situated outside India, but still wish to purchase our products, do drop us an email at contact@xotoxo.com with the subject “Order: International”, and we will try to accommodate your request on a case-to-case basis, conditions permitting. 

How do we ship?

We use Shiprocket, a logistics provider aggregator. This allows us choice of various shipping services such as Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, Xpressbees, to name a few. We choose a suitable provider based on the cost and reliability of servicing the destination pin-code. The choice of a shipping provider to deliver your order will be made by us. You will receive a link which you can use to track the status of transit of your order.

When do we ship?

How long does it take for the package to arrive?

Domestic Orders: Shipping transit time depends on the delivery pin code and its distance from our office in Chennai. Delivery at your pin code can take around 2-5 days after we ship it, and is usually within a week. We will send you a tracking link once your order is shipped, so you’ll be able to know how long the logistics provider will take to deliver it to you. If our shipping provider informs us of delays in your area due to uncontrollable situations, we will inform you about it.

International Orders: For international orders, shipping transit times depends on the distance of the country of origin of the order, from India. We expect a shipping time of at least 3-4 weeks to USA, SE Asia and Australia/New Zealand. We are currently unable to ship to the European Union and the United Kingdom, as our scale of operations isn't big enough to comply with VAT regulations necessary to ship to the EU/UK. We hope to remedy this as we scale up and are able to bear the additional cost of compliance. 

If you've written to us to request an international order, we will also provide you a time estimate of delivery before you make the payment. We will provide you with a shipping link once the order is dispatched, and you will be able to track its journey. If our shipping provider informs us of delays in your area due to uncontrollable situations, we will inform you about it. 

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders will be shipped based on the timeline communicated by the respective project at the time of placing the pre-order. Please go through the pre-order project page in detail for any questions about delivery, or write to us at contact@xotoxo.com with any queries you may have about Pre-order shipping. 

Pre-orders Domestic: Pre-orders made for delivery within India will follow the same shipping policy as outlined above for regular orders, after the product is ready for shipping, as declared by the timeline of the specific project. 

Pre-orders International: You can pre-order even if you are situated outside India if you want to lock in a special promo / price offered at the time of pre-ordering. In this case, we will contact you prior to shipment, with details of the international shipping fees you will need to pay before we ship the order to you. Shipment will be made once the shipping fee has been paid. Since pre-order shipments are likely to happen a few months after the pre-order has been collected, we do not collect the shipment fee in advance. Pre-orders made for delivery outside India will follow the same shipping policy and coverage as outlined above for regular orders, after the product is ready for shipping, as declared by the timeline of the specific project. 

Do you offer same day or 1-day shipping, like Amazon Prime?

We cannot guarantee it, as we are dependent on third party suppliers for our shipping needs. If you have a very specific request, drop us an email at contact@xotoxo.com with the subject “Urgent Shipping” before you place an order and we will try our best to find a solution.
