This Shipping policy is applicable only to orders placed on this website www.xotoxo.com. If you placed an order for our products on a third party website, or with a retailer, this shipping policy will not apply, and you will have to check with the Shipping policy of that particular channel. This policy applies to orders shipped within the Republic of India, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
Where do we ship?
At the moment, we ship only within India. The following policy is applicable to orders placed for delivery within India. If you’re situated outside India, but still wish to purchase our products, do drop us an email at contact@xotoxo.com with the subject “Order: International”, and we will try to accommodate your request on a case-to-case basis, conditions permitting.
How do we ship?
We use Shiprocket, a logistics provider aggregator. This allows us choice of various shipping services such as Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, Xpressbees, to name a few. We choose a suitable provider based on the cost and reliability of servicing the destination pin-code. The choice of a shipping provider to deliver your order will be made by us.
When do we ship?
How long does it take for the package to arrive?
Domestic Orders: Shipping transit time depends on the delivery pin code and its distance from our office in Chennai. Delivery at your pin code can take around 2-5 days after we ship it, and is usually within a week. We will send you a tracking link once your order is shipped, so you’ll be able to know how long the logistics provider will take to deliver it to you. If our shipping provider informs us of delays in your area due to uncontrollable situations, we will inform you about it.
International Orders: For international orders, shipping transit times depends on the distance of the country of origin of the order, from India. We expect a shipping time of at least 3-4 weeks to USA, Europe, SE Asia and Australia/New Zealand. We will provide you with a shipping link once the order is dispatched, and you will be able to track its journey. If our shipping provider informs us of delays in your area due to uncontrollable situations, we will inform you about it.
Do you offer same day or 1-day shipping, like Amazon Prime?
We cannot guarantee it, as we are dependent on third party suppliers for our shipping needs. If you have a very specific request, drop us an email at contact@xotoxo.com with the subject “Urgent Shipping” before you place an order and we will try our best to find a solution.
